Who cares for the dog during boarding?

Preparation and boarding happen at three UAE facilities: Jebel Ali HQ in Dubai, Creekside Meydan at Ras Al Khor in Dubai, and Abu Dhabi (ICAD I). Creekside Meydan is the marketing name; the street address is Warehouse no. 3, Mohammed Ahmed Bin Dillan Building, Ras Al Khor Industrial Area First. Nights, capacity, and extensions are quoted. We do not publish a nightly rate here.
Owner leaves before the dog
If you fly first, the pet can board with us while we finish preparation and coordinate the eventual departure. The stay sits in the same file as the export, the crate, and the airline booking.
Dog arrives before the home is ready
If the pet lands before you can receive them, we can collect and arrange temporary boarding where available. Confirm this in the quote; it is not assumed on every route.
Travel dates change
When a flight moves, we look at extending the stay, current availability, and any additional charges before extra nights are booked.
Dog needs preparation
Boarding and crate training can run together at the same facility. The pet practises the crate in a familiar routine instead of meeting it on the morning of the flight.
Owner wants reassurance
You get updates, a daily routine, supervision, and a clear handover when the pet leaves or comes home.
